Tucson Marketing SEO Case Study

Tucson Marketing SEO Case Study

Professional Real Estate Website Case Study:

Taking site from page 12+ in Google to page one in just one
week.

Here’s how we did it:

Our client, R Garner with www.garnergroupproperties.com
located in Oro Valley-Tucson, Arizona is the subject of this study.

A long-time site on Google (over 4 years), it languished
several layers deep. Despite having a good design and some content, it just
wasn’t getting seen.

We implemented a few changes that resulted in a page one
Google listing in under one week for one of his chosen key phrases.

Step One: We
updated the site, making some basic design suggestions and removing any
outdated content.

Step Two: We
created new videos and uploaded to the site creating a better user experience.

Step Three: We
added more testimonials of satisfied clients and made finding these prominent
on the site.

Step Four: We
implemented Google-provided SEO metrics on the site making it very
search-engine friendly. These metrics are .html code that give Google something
to “sink it’s teeth into” when searching for key phrases.

Step Five: We added high-level, professionally -written
content to actually give the buyers something to take with them, even if they
don’t ultimately contact the agent. Hence, the buyer take a more professional
experience with them and can appreciate the added advantage of information.

We uploaded all these changes and waited. It didn’t take
long as Google not only found the site but now lists it page one for people
looking to buy a home in Oro Valley, AZ.

Bottom line: A few simple and targeted changes in our
client’s site now lists him page one on Google and brings in new leads for him
every week.

The client’s site is just one such example. We have done the
same for online retailers and other businesses, both local and national. The
web “gurus” often want to complicate the issues, but our set-it-and-forget-it
programs will get results quickly and keep those results for you.

The same technique was done on internal pages within the
client’s site. Why? Because often some of the juiciest bits of content are the
inner pages in a site and not the home page. We want to get those found and
with good navigation and design, the buyer can find their way to the homepage and
gather more information.

Need better web rankings and real results? We are Tucson,
AZ-based and help our clients get and keep top rankings with on- and off-line
SEO, high-level content, videos, professional PR and more.

The All Powerful PLATFORM for Non-Fiction Writers

Do you have a platform? If you don't know what this is, or don't have one, don't even think about writing your book. This is the advice from publishing big-wigs like Arielle Ford. Of course, this isn't new, but it's now the MUST HAVE marketing for nearly any non-fiction writer who truly desires to make any money with his/her book. As most books don't sell many copies, authors are to rely on back-end deals like speaking engagements and selling other programs to truly rake in the cash. As a writer, the problem exists: Most writers who truly write are not really going to want to get up and speak in front of crowds and hawk their wares (books), right? So how to overcome this? For my money, I'm guessing teleseminars and maybe video seminars could work. Also, developing programs that are pricer that you can upsell to readers who enjoy your topics. In other words, don't be complacent and think as an author you're just going to write books and make m...

Everything You Should Know Publishing Package for Wanna Be Top Selling Authors

I got the package and I'm making my way through the videos. My thoughts thus far: 1. Lots of info! I got the Platinum package and so far I'm impressed with the amount of info. 2. As usual, there's sales info for other packages, but so far I've gotten a good amount just from this without buying more (which I'm not apt to do.) 3. Seriously, Mike Koenigs...don't give advice on dressing right now. Your way-too-big blue shirt didn't make you look like a pro; it just made you look silly. If this is the strategy behind "dressing for the everyman" that you take, it seems really, really dumbed down. I think we can all handle you in a well-fitting shirt. (See video #2 for this.) 4. On a good note, Mike: You're a good speaker and easy to listen to. I like the message. Goes double for Arielle. Wish I could still hire Arielle Ford as publicist (could I even afford her?). She knows the biz. Unfortunately (see previous posting), the biz changed...

Real Estate Marketing Tip: Who cares?

Realtors, the first thing most of us wonder when we see your ad is "Who cares?" Real estate agents are a dime a dozen, right? Sorry to be blunt and harsh, but you're not alone. Most of us think the same thing when we see anyone's ad who just says "Hey, I'm great and sell XYZ." So what? The trick to really getting someone to notice you and think you are the ONE to use is how much information you can help me with. For example, if you pay big money to run an ad somewhere, put something in it besides just your photo and phone number/contact and tag line. Tell me something of use . I will read your ad and possible you name and face will stick in my head. You're paying the money anyway...why not actually put it to good use and make us like and trust you as the expert?
